Portico is the dining table of Second Studio, which brings the famous Dechirichian perspective directly into modern homes. Inspired by the arcades of noble palaces designed by architects and artists over the centuries, this table consolidates the goal of introducing prospective dynamics domestic, with natural shadows dancing on the floor based on incident light. The minimalist silhouette reveals its elegance: moving away, the black metal base with engravings and folds – consisting of two distinct elements – offers changing perspectives depending on the angle,
exuding simplicity and illusory depth. The top in heat treated oak gives warmth and natural elegance, making PORTICO ideal for contemporary dining rooms, open space kitchens or luxury contract environments.
